C&G 2382-10 - 17th EDITION (FULL)

T
his short course was originally developed to enable JIB registered electricians to become aware of the requirements of the then 15th Edition. Since that time, candidates other than JIB operatives have attended such courses, and it has now become a valuable qualification for all in the electrical industry and allied trades and professions.

We consider this qualification a necessary entry requirement to C&G 2391-20, Design Erection & Verification course.

The program is of 24 hours duration, in which time the candidate will study all aspects of the regulations, including basic design procedures and the fundamentals of testing & inspection. The final City & Guilds assessment is a two hour on-line multiple choice paper comprising 60 questions.

Courses will be run subject to demand, and will be delivered one evening a week for 10 or 12 weeks, or one day a week for four weeks.

Course handouts will be provided, but candidates will be required to have their own copy of BS7671:2008 (The IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations). Copies are available to order via our text book page.
